Setting a new code Push out the lock hook and turn the cylinder in the direction of the arrow. Set the desired 4digit code by aligning the numbers with the indicated markings. Turn the cylinder back to the starting position without turning the dialsthe new code is now set. Risk of failurecode errorsCaution If the lock hasp has been open for an extended period and touched by others before closing it, the lock may not be in the correct position when closing again, and the code may appear invalid. If you dialed the numbers again during step 3 and then returned them without writing them down, the new code may not have been saved correctlyremember your new code and test the lock immediately. Tip Write down your new code and keep it in a safe place. After setting, always try closing and opening the lock once to check.
