These are 100 Pieces 8.75 x 10 mm plastic dowel inserts for installing hinges for cupboard cabinet bathroom locker doors, you could use a 8mm drill bit to get a tight fit, if the hole you already have ends up being a little bigger, just add a dot of hot glue to the hole before inserting the plastic anchor, which may help strengthen the hole and kept the dowel in place when fixing the hinge.
