A challenging program created to reshape the "front" of your body: chest, shoulders, abs and quadriceps. Jillian Michaels, the boot-camp-style trainer from TV's "The Biggest Loser," is tough, demanding and determined ("I know it's hard, but do NOT quit on me!"). Like all her workouts, the format is super-basic – a fast-paced series of individual exercises (10-30 reps per set, from one-half to one-minute in total length).
